1. What do I need to become an affiliate?
Nothing! Except your desire to be an affiliate.
You don't even need a website (although having your own website helps). You can promote our product via search engines, blogs
postings in internet forums, or simply email to all your friends and people you know with your affiliate link to our product.
All you need to do is to send a visitor to our site via a special link (called 'affiliate link'), and if he or she buys anything
from us, you will get 15% of the product value.
2. How do I know I will be paid for my referral?
The program is powered by Post Affiliate Pro, the leading affiliate tracking software. It uses combination of cookies and IP address to track referrals for best possible reliability.
When the visitor follows your affiliate link to our site, our affiliate system registers this referral and places cookie on his or her computer. When the visitor pays for the product, affiliate system checks for cookie (if not found, checks for IP address of referral) and credits
your account. This process is absolutely automatic. All your referrals will be properly tracked.
3. How is the payment handled?
Payments are made in either "Class Cash", which are electronic gift certificates redeemable at the Class Comics Online Store or by Paypal upon request. Earnings and Payments are issued in US dollars.
4. How do I set up an account?
Setting up an account is very easy and it's completely FREE. You don't have to pay for becoming an affiliate.
All you need to sign up go to the Signup Form below and fill it out.
After a review from our affiliate manager, you will receive email with your password and other information.
As our affiliate, you will have your own control panel where you can see detailed statistics of traffic and sales you referred,
news and training materials, and choice of banners and text links.
Then you only need to place an affiliate link, banner, text link or other link at your web site, blog, emails
or place ads in pay-per-click search engines, so you can start sending customers to our web site.
5. What is the affiliate link?
Affiliate link is a special URL where you should be sending the visitors. You will get the URL's for different banners
in your affiliate panel after log in.
6. Do you offer any help for affiliates?
Yes, basics of affiliate marketing and most useful tips are described in your affiliate panel. We also periodicaly send information by email on new offers or tips passed on to us.
7. What must I do NOW?
Few simple steps:

3. Receive your password and other info by email
4. Log in to your own affiliate panel and choose from various banners, text links, reviiews and other promotional materials
5. Place some of these banners/links onto the Home page of your website and as many pages as you want, to increase your sales

1. Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that you have read this agreement in full and agree to all its terms and conditions.
2.Establishing Affiliation on Your Site
You agree to display the CLASS COMICS banners on your home page or other appropriate page(s) on your site.
3. Setting Up Links
We will provide you with instructions on how to set up links from your site to the appropriate CLASS COMICS website pages or products. You may add or delete references (and related links) from your site at any time without our approval. You can decide which banners or products you wish to use on your site.
4. Order Processing
CLASS COMICS will handle all aspects of order processing and fulfillment for all orders that come from the customers who purchased from us through the links on your site. CLASS COMICS will handle payments, order cancellations and returns. Our sales staff will be available for customer service.
5. Commission Rates
CLASS COMICS will pay you a commission of fifteen percent (15%) for all Products sold during a referred session from your website to CLASS COMICS. Our affiliate program will attempt to place a cookie on visitors computers which will retain your referral code for 30 days in case they return to place an order later on.
We will not however, pay referral fees on transactions that are made by a customer who visits CLASS COMICS after the cookie has expired, or has been deleted by the computer owner, even if the customer previously followed a link from your site to ours.
The commission rate is based on gross revenue, which is defined as gross receipts less sales tax, shipping costs and customer discounts. For a transaction to generate a referral fee, each transaction must be completed fully as follows: The customer must follow a link from your site to ours, purchase a product(s) through our ordering system, pay in full, receive delivery of the product and not return the product or seek a refund. Commissions on returned sales will be deducted from your next commission payment. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days notice.
6. Accounting
You will be able to check your referral activity and sales at any time by logging into the Partner Section. It will provide you an accounting history from your date of inception.
7. Payments
Payments will be made in "Class Cash", which are electronic gift certificates redeemable at the Class Comics Online Store or via Paypal based on your chosen minimum.
To convert your commissions simply email us from the service provided within the Affiliate Program. "Class Cash" is not redeemable for "Patrick Fillion Gear" or "Class Comics Gear" at Cafe Press.
8. Policies and Pricing
Customers who buy product through this program will be deemed to be customers of CLASS COMICS . Accordingly, all CLASS COMICS rules, policies, and operating procedures will apply to those customers. CLASS COMICS is the sole owner of all customer information needed to finalize an order, including, but not limited to; name, address, email address, telephone and/or fax number.
CLASS COMICS can not share this information with you due to Privacy Laws. CLASS COMICS reserves the right to market directly and/or indirectly to these customers.
9. Limited License
CLASS COMICS grants you a non-exclusive, revocable right to use the CLASS COMICS icon, logo, buttons, and/or banner ads provided for linkage and such other images for which we grant express permission, solely for the purpose of identifying your site as a program participant. You may modify the icon, the message or any of our images with our permission by emailing a copy to service@classcomics.com. We reserve all of our rights in the icon, the message, any other images, our trade names and trademarks and all other intellectual property rights.
10. Responsibility For Your Site
You will be solely responsible for the accuracy, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site.
You are responsible to ensure that materials posted on your site do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights) and for ensuring that materials posted on your site are not libelous or otherwise illegal.
We disclaim all liability for these matters. Further, you hereby indemnify and hold CLASS COMICS harmless from all claims, damages and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) relating to the development, operation, maintenance and contents of your site.
You are not permitted to send unsolicited e-mail containing CLASS COMICS links. Partners sending e-mail containing links to CLASS COMICS must make sure that all addresses on their lists have an existing relationship to you, have by some means opted in, and must provide a working "unsubscribe" process for their mailing lists. All complaints will be logged and CLASS COMICS reserves the right to terminate the contract of any Partner about whom we receive an excessive number of complaints over a given period of time.
11. Termination of the Agreement
The term of this Agreement will begin after the partner has been accepted into the plan. If for any reason this Agreement is no longer profitable or amicable, either party can terminate the Agreement. If either party terminates the agreement the Partners commissions are still payable once the client purchases are confirmed.
12. Relationship of Parties
Both you and CLASS COMICS are independent entities, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, and sales representative or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this section.
13. Limitation of Liability
CLASS COMICS will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
14. Disclaimers
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the program or any products sold through the program (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing or trade usage). We will use our best efforts to maintain our site's functionality; however, technical difficulties may occur from time to time, which may cause temporary interruptions of service. We will not be liable for the consequences of any such interruptions.
15. Miscellaneous
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Canda and the Province of British Columbia, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or provincial courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
