Guardians of the Cube

Your home for gay comics!

Get the Comic!Guardians of the Cube is a comic series that fuses the classic genre of superhero comics with elements of fantasy, humor and eroticism. Composed primarily of Gay and Lesbian characters, the series is the root of the Class Comics Universe.

Originally published in the mid 90s, the first 5 issues of the series have been completely revisited with updated artwork, story treatments, and fantastic new full color covers.

Naked Justice, Incubus, Ghostboy, Numa, Catnip, Jetstream, Diablo and Jeanne Darque make up this team of superheroes sworn to protect the world and its population from any threat. But our heroes sometimes lose track of their original mission, and focus completely on their own internal problems and personal demons.

Though the series does not focus solely around sex, the pages are dripping with sex appeal, and when the sex hits the pages, they literally burn! These heroes are hung and hot in their spandex undies. Fighting crime has never looked so damn good!

Guardians of the Cube #5 marks the beginning of a whole new era for the series. The first issue in full color, #5 stuns with a veritable plethora or twists and turns that leave you breathless and floored.

Currently in the works is Cube:Squared (working title), a wicked-cool one-shot issue by Patrick Fillion. This one-shot compiles some pages from Guardians of the Cube #1 #2 #3 and #4, but also includes fresh new artwork, loaded with sexiness. The idea behind this issue is to recount the story of the Guardians of the Cube and their beginnings as a team, but also to bring the reader up to speed on all that has been happening in the series to date: from Ghostboy’s disappearance, to Numa taking over leadership of the team and control of the Cube.

Fans of the Guardians of the Cube series will not want to be without this essential, full color volume that reveals parts of the Guardian’s past which we have never seen before. Cube:Squared is tentatively slated for late 2008 release.

  1. Its such a shame that Diablo is straight…..

  2. Hey there Corie…

LOL! You know, I’ve often kicked myself for making Diablo straight… but in the end, it’s made for some terrific drama in the comics. Seems all the other guys want him! HA! HA! HA! God knows that Jon Dazy certainly tried to get him. There is something kind of sexy about the really hot straight guy who just doesn’t get how HAWT he really is. That’s kind of how I see Diablo! A bit oblivious to how desirable he is.

If it’s any consolation, Diablo’s son Incubus is the spitting image of his ol’ dad, and he looks almost just like him, give or take a few extra piercings! LOL! Plus Incubus IS Gay and willing to play! ;)

Thanks so much for the great comment! I loved it!!

    Hugz + Kisses to ya!
    Patrick XOXO

  3. If Diablo is so straight and stuff, then why was he precumming like a broken bottle of maple syrup when he was being held captive by Jon Dazy?

I think the by doth protest too much! It would be really sad to break up this family that Bruno has, but I’m really starting to think he’s got some major bi going on.

I wonder what his wife thinks about having a naked superhero for a husband?

Have Diablo and Incubus every seen eachother in the….all together? That would be kinda sexy, kinky, and a little creepy all at the same time!

ANYWHO, its late and this is my rant. Goodnight!

  4. Speaking of Incubus I really enjoy his sexy attitude and body whew!! It would be fun to see more of him in hot heavy encounters where he gets pounded in that hot hole beneath that sexy tail of his and then gives with that hard red demon dong. When are we going to see Jetstream he looks cute and sexy in the veiws I’ve seen You have such a great cast of sexy heros and I love your graphic style. My only problem was the recent offering of Incubus with Ghostboy who drew Incubus he looked terrible just not as sexy as he has appeared in the past…

  5. Hiya Randy…

Thanks so much for the wicked comment, buddy! It’s always great to hear from you fans and to find out who your fave characters are.

Yes, we’ll be seeing a bit more of Incubus in the near future. He has a whole story to tell, and I am looking forward to exploring it.

As for the way he looked in Rapture #3, all I can say is that each artist has their own unique take on the characters I’ve created. I really appreciate that you enjoy my take on the character so much, and it’s okay that Eric’s interpretation maybe wasn’t your personal cup of tea in Rapture #3. I did appreciate that he captured the darker mood of the story quite nicely. :o)

Thanks again so much for taking the time to write. It’s big time appreciated!
    Hugz + kisses,

  7. Hello Randy.

You’ll be very happy to know that Patrick is indeed preparing to work on the conclusion of the Cube series. It’s called CUBE: AFTER DARQUE. He is writing and drawing the title himself. And yes, the conclusion will include Jetstream! We’re all looking forward to seeing him in action too!
