We want you to enjoy our comics. We want to be able to keep making more of them. If you respect us and the creators who worked very hard to make the comics on our site, please don’t post our comics to file sharing sites or other mass propagation methods.

DRM-FREE PDF LIMITED USE LICENSE

Through your purchase, Class Comics Inc. grants you a personal and nonexclusive license to read your Digital Comic on as many computers or devices that you personally own. All rights regarding the content of the Digital Comic remain the property of Class Comics Inc.

You may backup the Digital Comic, but may not make further copies for others of the Digital Comic or of the data stored therein, whether in electronic, print or other format. Such copying would be in violation of applicable copyright laws.

You may not sell, re-sell, modify, translate, create derivative works of, or in any way reverse engineer the Digital Comic.

Your use of a digital comic deems that you have read and accepted the terms of this license.

2009-2010 DRM ENAMBLED PDC LIMITED USE LICENSE

Through your purchase, Class Comics Inc. grants you a personal and nonexclusive license to use the Digital Comic on two computers at a time. All rights in the Digital Comic remain the property of Class Comics Inc.

This license is granted for a period of one year from your purchase date, and will automatically be extended at no cost to you as long as Class Comics Inc. continues to provide the Class Access Digital Comic program.

You may not make further copies of the Digital Comic or of the data stored therein, whether in electronic, print or other format. Such copying would be in violation of applicable copyright laws.

You may not sell, re-sell, modify, translate, create derivative works of, or in any way reverse engineer the Digital Comic.

Class Comics Inc. reserves the right to discontinue the Class Access Digital Comic Program and terminate the Digital Comic licenses without notice once the initial year’s license term has ended.

This license terminates immediately without notice from Class Comics Inc. if you fail to comply with the provision of this license.

Your use of a digital comic deems that you have read and accepted the terms of this license.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The limit of liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. In no event shall Class Comics Inc. be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, reputation, financial or other economic loss, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with the installation or use of the product.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Canadian law and any dispute arising out of the supply and purchase of the Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Canadian Courts.
