The Pack #1 – PDF

$5.50

54 PAGES – FULL COLOR EASY ACCESS PDF DIGITAL EDITION

There is safety strength in numbers, and for six individuals with almost nothing in common save one important trait, numbers also represents strength.
Oliver, Percy, Rick, Jensen and Katie meet every month on the eve of the full moon with the charismatic Matthew. Together, they undergo an otherworldly transformation — from man (and woman) to WOLF.  They run and hunt as one.

As Pack leader, Matthew seems relatively unconcerned about the group’s human lives, and yet would kill to protect his own. He leads the Pack into the night with instinct and fervor, and that’s something that Katie seems to be drawn to, despite her relationship with ambivalent Jensen, one of the most unlikely werewolves you could ever imagine.

For Oliver, a young man bound to a wheelchair, the full moon represents freedom. In his time as a wolf, his body is whole again. Somehow, this transformation is affecting and improving his health as a human. Under the supervision of Dr. Kine, Oliver’s remarkable progress has caught the attention of certain factions who would use Oliver and his friends for their own sinister gains.

Rick has his own pressing matters of the heart. In a scenic bay, on a lone yacht safely anchored off-shore, Taylor waits in confusion and pain. For Taylor, the transformation is new. He isn’t yet part of the Pack and hasn’t learned how to cope with his new-found lupine identity. It’s up to Rick to help him through it… providing they have the chance.

The Pack #1 is written by Robert Fraser (The Initiation, Beautiful Dead, The Bromance) and breathtakingly illustrated by Class Comics new-comer, Nathan Sero. Using traditional illustration along with hand-painting water-color techniques in tandem with Photoshop coloring, Sero’s art is simply enchanting. In addition to the 24 page story, this expanded edition contains a 28 page bonus art gallery!
